We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
• A receipt or order number is required as proof of purchase.
   

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Used toys or products showing signs of wear
• Items without original packaging
• Customized or limited-edition products
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Free gifts or promotional items

Once your return is received and inspected:

1. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
    

• The item is not in original condition
• The packaging is missing or damaged
• The item has missing parts not caused by us

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise communicated.

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
